I'm still awaiting a claim I made on the 30 March.

Kindly note that we are currently awaiting communication from the Doctor with the final diagnosis in order for the claim to be finalized. We have received communication from the Vet that the Doctor was back from leave yesterday, we will follow up with the Vet, and once we receive all the required information, we will revert to you with the relevant feedback.
