OnePet took money from me *******ly.<br> <br> I cancelled my account with them due to terrible service and a retarded system.<br> <br> I was unable to use the service in September without having a card since my card was was swallowed by an atm since there was no way for me to know what my pin was (retarded system).<br> Now they took money from me for October as well after I cancelled my account.<br> I'm also still waiting for my refund for my last vet visit.<br> <br> I expect the amounts for the debit orders for September and October as well as the refund amount to be paid to me within one week.<br> <br> Fix this now.
