This morning I spoke to Tamarine Herbert as a first timer, seeking pet insurance, she was very helpful and guided me through the entire application process.

I would like to thank Tamarine for her professionalism and willingness to help. Although this is part of her job, I felt like I was speaking to a friend instead of a stranger.

I could pick up from her energy that she too, has the best interests of my pet at heart and recommended a package, perfectly suited to my needs.
