I’d like to take a moment to share my experience with Oneplan Insurance and highlight the exceptional service I received from Sheldon. This past week has been incredibly overwhelming for me due to an emergency surgery, and I’ve been trying to catch up on submitting all my claims. Sheldon has gone above and beyond to assist me during this time. Not only did he handle everything on my behalf with a cheerful and positive attitude, but he also took the initiative to follow up with my doctor’s office directly—relieving me of that added stress and allowing me to focus on my recovery. We need more customer service agents like Sheldon—his dedication, empathy, and genuine passion for his work truly make a difference. I’m incredibly grateful for his support!
