I'd like to commend Lindokuhle for his awesome service
I'd like to commend Lindokuhle for his awesome service. I phoned into Oneplan Pet Insurance this morning and spoke to Lindokuhle in the claims department. There was an error made on my previous claim, which he rectified instantly, and loaded my new claim for my dogs chronic medication. I thought this would be a tedious process based off of previous experience with Oneplan, however Lindokuhle knew exactly what he was doing and fully understood my concerns. His service was excellent, friendly, caring and professional. Thank you Lindokuhle
