I would like to write a review about Oneplan Pet Insurance
I would like to write a review about Oneplan Pet Insurance. I requested to speak to an agent with regards to our Pet Insurance, and with a few quick minutes was connected with Patience. She was quick to help and sorted out my query within 2min. Great customer service from her side. I just have some difficulty from their side when submitting images of invoices for claims. Takes a few submissions of the exact same image... But other than that, I am fairly happy with the cover we have for our fur baby
