I would like to write a review about Oneplan pet Insurance
I would like to write a review about Oneplan pet Insurance. I have put in two claims than three weeks ago and provided all necessary documentation but i am still waiting for my claims to be processed. I regret going with oneplan maybe dotsure is a better option.

Kindly note that the turnaround time for day-to-day claims to be processed is between 48 - 72 working hours and up to 30 working days for in-hospital claims to be processed as this is dependent on us obtaining all the required information in order to finalize the claim.
We have acknowledged your complaint, and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. One of our consultants will be in contact with you to further discuss the matter at hand.
