I would like to write a review about Oneplan- Kenley Du Plessis has been the most helpful agent regarding a claim query. I had previously spoken to 3 other agents that could have not been less helpful to the point that I was about to move to Dot Sure, even after wanting to upgrade me plan. You can thank Kenley that I am still a client and will upgrade my plan once my claim has been sorted out. Thank you!
