I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance's chat function on their app. A friendly and efficient operative, Njabulo Dhlamini, helped me to submit claims, and I found this an extremely helpful and simple process. The Oneplan app is already pretty good and easy to use but the chat function is very helpful if you do encounter a problem. Thanks
