I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance, we thought my dog had died and I asked that he be taken off the insurance plan
I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance, we thought my dog had died and I asked that he be taken off the insurance plan. In all the hustle and bustle of daily living, I completely forgot to ask that he remain on the plan Today it dawned on me and I contacted Oneplan chatted to a lovely consultant Njabulo Dhlamini who within the hour had reinstated Blaze, was friendly and courteous at all times, why cant more companies employ such dedicated staff who don't mind going the extra mile for their clientele I recommend Oneplan pet insurance as they really do go out of their way to make sure our fur babies are well taken care of.

25 Mar 2024, 13:10After taking my pet to the vet I needed a refund within minutes of uploading the documentation, I was informed the refund had been approved. I forgot to ask that it be refunded to my Oneplan card Krystal Munsami the very efficient, friendly and helpful customer care consultant had it all sorted out in no time. I recommend one plan pet insurance, all my dealings with their consultant has been professional , friendly and efficient. it is an absolute pleasure dealing with them. With all the pet care insurance out there I am glad I chose Oneplan. I don't have to worry about my pets health because Oneplan has them covered.
