I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance: The agent is not the issue
I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance: The agent is not the issue. Oneplan is. The app not working, documents uploaded lost, claims not paid, whatsapp clients are timed-out but agents have unlimited time to respond. Getting in touch with oneplan is nauseating. (my chat started 13:11 and only ended 15:37) - what a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!

While we appreciate your acknowledgement that the agent was not the issue, we take your concerns regarding the app functionality, document uploads, claim delays, and WhatsApp time-outs very seriously. Long waiting times and technical issues are understandably frustrating, especially when you’re trying to resolve important matters.
Your feedback has been noted and will be escalated to the relevant teams for review and improvement. We value your time and trust, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion.
