I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance specifically for LORRAINE KRIEGER in the Claims department. She has gone over and above in assisting me with a claim for Tom, my Springer Spaniel who has an emergency. LORRAINE KRIEGER leads by example and is a credit to her organisation, Oneplan Pet Insurance. I thank her most sincerely for her extended time, energy and professional commitment to assist me with this process. She deserves a score of 12/10 for going the extra mile, which is done soo seldomly these days with such a lack of client service, and yet Lorraine Krieger provided Client Service Excellence.
