I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance- Ntokozo Sokamisa was extremely efficient and super helpful with assisting a claim that was rejected as I didn’t have a photo of my dog on the app which I was unable to log into
I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance- Ntokozo Sokamisa was extremely efficient and super helpful with assisting a claim that was rejected as I didn’t have a photo of my dog on the app which I was unable to log into. She assisted me with that as well as a claim that was automatically rejected on the app but she managed to resolve it. 10/10 for her excellent service !
