I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance Customer Service Agent Mathapelo Mathibe. She has been so helpful and friendly and she has made my day! Kindness like that is what still gives me hope in humanity. I wish every customer service agent was as efficient and friendly as Mathapelo. My query was literally resolved within 5mins! I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!
