I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance Customer Care assistant Tricia Mmotsa. I requested the cancelation of my policy as my pet crossed over the rainbow bridge. She was sincere in sending me her thoughts during this difficult time and made the cancelation effortless. Will definitely use OnePlan again when I'm ready for another fur baby.
