I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance
I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance. I changed to Oneplan because of a poor experience with another so-called reputable company. Recently my young dog was diagnosed with a shoulder injury. I submitted a quote from the vet and within 2 days received approval. Today I admitted my dog for surgery and was concerned about the method of payment. I was put in contact with Khoza Cate who took her time to explain the process. She was both courteous and extremely professional in the manner in which she handled me and solved my issue in a timely manner. When you are emotional about taking your furkid for surgery and you are handled in such a manner you know that you are dealing with a person who understands your situation. A very pleasant experience all round.
