I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance ... Good day I hope you are super well 😁 I would like to give the two individuals below the highest rating possible. 💯 💯 Firstly to Shannen Mc Pherson.. I was dealt with immediately, kept in the loop at all times, dealt with soo politely 🥰 (which is extremely rare in the times we live in) and also offered health insurance options which I was literally looking into getting for while now🙏🫡 The other person being Mathapelo Mathibe who I dealt with in the past 😁 who was equally as polite and friendly and went out of their way to assist me These individuals will take your company far in a time where customer service is so poor.. I huge thank you from me once again 🙏❣️
