I would like to thank Khoza Cate for assisting us so promptly and patiently today. She was clear and precise and assisted us with all our queries. My daughter Kimberly Ng communicated with Khoza using my phone. Thank you. So much. Khoza had the insurance restored after we cancelled it due to bad service before. Thankful that our misunderstandings and problems were resolved today. Appreciate it. The Ng family.
