I would like to commend and thank Brave Nyirenda and Krystal Padayachee from Oneplan Pet Insurance for assisting me with my pre-authorisation on my doggie that is undergoing a big operation today. They were empathetic and professional and helped me to clearly understand what will be covered. Your kindness is approach was touching and meaningful. Thank you for holding my hand as this is unnerving on many fronts.
