I went through the pet insurance department and have had nothing but a pleasant experience
I went through the pet insurance department and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. They were fast in attending to all my questions and queries and try their best to assist as much as possible. What made it even better was that they were friendly, kind and understanding. A special mention to Nonkululeko Shabalala and Christiaan De Swardt for their exceptional customer service. Based on my experience with Oneplan Pet Insurance, I would definitely recommend them!
