I was swifly assisted by Shannen McPherson with regards to a problem loading my claim
I was swifly assisted by Shannen McPherson with regards to a problem loading my claim. Shannen picked up that my new card needed to be activated, the claim reversed on my old card and then reloaded onto my new card. All in a matter of 15min. Thank you for you friendly and prompt assistance Shannen. Much appreciated. Shaida 😊
