I was required to provide a script and supporting evidence that I paid for my sons medication. My claim was declined as they wanted a detailed invoice from dischem to prove that indeed I had paid for R190 medication. The medication was more than that but still asked to justify my claim. It was such a tedious process as I had to to take time out of an already busy day to go back to dischem to ask for a detailed invoice to justify my sons medication. I wouldn't advocate for anyone to go on One plan. If you can afford a better medical plan, you should stick to that and not opt for cheaper alternatives like one plan. The administration is terrible and some of the agents can be very rude and dismissive. Leaving you with questions
