I was recently helped by Shari Govender. Customer service is always on point. I only do wish that the payment method was a little more convenient and accepted by all doctors. Other then that One plan has been great to use.

Thank you for choosing Oneplan as your preferred insurance and for sharing your service experience with us. Our clients are important to us and we aim to provide them with the best service possible.
Kindly note that our product is designed in such a manner that it allows you to visit any Doctor of your choice as we do not have a list of selected service providers. Clients have the option to go to any Doctor in their area provided they are a registered SA Medical Service Provider.
Should you need to visit the GP or dentist etc., you can load funds upfront via the Oneplan app. You can log onto your App and select the benefit you would like to claim, and the funds will be available within 60 seconds on your Onecard. We do require a detailed invoice to ensure that the funds that were utilized correctly. Once you have swiped your Onecard (just like you swipe a debit card) at the provider, you can immediately snap and upload your documents e.g., an invoice via the Oneplan App or via Whatsapp on *** or an email can be sent to *** with your policy number in the subject line for your claim will be finalized.
If you need further assistance, kindly do feel free to engage with us on our WhatsApp platform *** as our agents are always on standby ready to assist. or alternatively, you may send a call-me-back request via the Oneplan App and one of our friendly consultants will be in contact with you.
