I was promptly assisted by Mathapelo Mathiba after contacting oneplan after hour on their Whatsapp line. Mathapelo was able to follow up on my query, review my previous claims and clear up any concerns that I had. Oneplan's WhatsApp line reduces the need to wait on hold wasting time and money and allows you to create a paper trail of any enquiries that you've had. It has allowed me to follow up on queries while at work or at home without wasting time.
