I was not sure why a certain bill was not paid but he went through the process thoroughly and I realised I forgot to send through invoices. I was at the Vet and he said they could send it which he processed immediately, the casualty funds were deposited immediately and I was able to pay my outstanding debt to Vet. It was an error on my side that delayed this payment because I didn't submit any invoices, fortunately I made it within my policy time frame.
