I was having some troubles loading my first invoice to claim OTC medication
I was having some troubles loading my first invoice to claim OTC medication. I proceeded to use the App's chat service and I was assisted by Krystal munsami. Claims with oneplan take 24-48 hours but she helped me have it approved in less than 10 minutes. She was incredibly helpful and informative and also assisted me load my next claim immediately as I have an urgent doctor's appointment. Incredibly impressed with her service.
