I was assisted by Sophie this morning to load a claim for our impending vet visit later today
I was assisted by Sophie this morning to load a claim for our impending vet visit later today. She was friendly, extremely helpful, and explained everything clearly. The issue was resolved within minutes. A very happy client on this side!
