I was assisted by Sophie, and she was very kind. I was quite nervous to ask for assistance because I was behind on my payments and thought I had lost my pet insurance. I also thought I would have to go through the whole application process again, but she let me know that my policy is still active and I can make the payment. I really appreciate her help.
