I was assisted by Shannen today
I was assisted by Shannen today. She was so effective at managing my query and very knowledgeable in providing answers to my questions and concerns. Shannen proceeded to resolve the challenge I had encountered within minutes and made it such a pleasure to deal with Oneplan. Judging by the experience, I believe that excellent customer service is an absolute necessity and priority for Shannen and she left no stone unturned.
