I was assisted by Palesa Kgatle with resubmission of an invalid invoice
I was assisted by Palesa Kgatle with resubmission of an invalid invoice. After submitting my amended account, I received confirmation fro her, as well as SMS confirmation, AND a screenshot as proof of my successful claim. Not only was this process easy and painless, but it was quick. Everything happened within 60 seconds. Palesa was also polite and understood the current claim submission.
