I was assisted by Palesa Kgatle and Julian (did not get a last name unfortunately) to process a claim for a GP visit and was given swift, polite and effective service
I was assisted by Palesa Kgatle and Julian (did not get a last name unfortunately) to process a claim for a GP visit and was given swift, polite and effective service. My claim took less than 30 minutes to approve and I am incredibly happy with the service received. 5 stars. No complaints.
