I was assisted by Ntokozo Sokamisa

I was assisted by Ntokozo Sokamisa. I thought I should have received my new policy documents already, but due to the vast amount of information, the lead time escaped me. Ntokosa was able to find my policy number for me without me having to give my entire life details, and explained the situation, and also put in a request for the finalisation to be completed. Everything was simple and easy and it was lovely not to get robotic answers and understanding. I hope the rest of the journey is as fantastic!
