I was assisted by Mapaseka Dinake and this person gave me the BEST customer service
I was assisted by Mapaseka Dinake and this person gave me the BEST customer service. They were patient as well as quick acting. They gave me all the information I required as well as much more I didn't require, but it was helpful nevertheless. They instructed me on what not to do and this is not something you see a lot with insurance companies, but this company cares and this representative made that very clear. Oneplan is great and I have been with them for almost a year now. Every review I have written has been 5 stars and if I encounter something less I will give it a review it deserves, but I have never encountered anything less than 5 stars from this company. Unlike others
