From the moment I reached out, she answered every single question I had (even the ones I thought were a bit silly) with patience, clarity, and kindness. When it came time to submit a claim and make a payment, Krystal didn’t just direct me elsewhere or ask me to come back the next day – she stayed with me every step of the way, even at 9PM, keeping me updated and making sure everything was on track.
