I was able to make changes to my schedule effortlessly via their WhatsApp channel
I was able to make changes to my schedule effortlessly via their WhatsApp channel. Krystal Munsami was the agent assisting me and she was courteous, prompt and on point! On a side note, I have never had any issues with claiming from Oneplan in all my years with them, keep up the good work!
