I was a bit nervous claiming for the first time as some insurance companies are quite difficult but the refund for our claim was quick and easy
I was a bit nervous claiming for the first time as some insurance companies are quite difficult but the refund for our claim was quick and easy. Nompumelelo MoloI also had all of the patience in the world with me after wanting to add another pet and do some existing policy updates. She is an absolute delight. Happy to have my pet insurance with OnePlan
