I want to start with a apology to oneplan and Rutendo Adelaide. For have contacting them as made as I was for a problem that **** my fault. I was rude and wrongly saying things I should have not. With all this taking place I must leave my review to most of all Rutendo Adelaide, was to calm and knew exactly what he was doing, dealing with a grumpy client already was able to resolve my situation with no hassle at all within a a day the matter was resolved and I'm left with only good words for the excellent service I received on thank you.
