I uploaded an incorrect claim, and Angel assisted me within minutes, helped me submit the correct one and our dog's emergency hospital claim was paid out within a few days with no hassles at all
I uploaded an incorrect claim, and Angel assisted me within minutes, helped me submit the correct one and our dog's emergency hospital claim was paid out within a few days with no hassles at all. The team at Oneplan has always been extremely friendly, sincere and very helpful. I would recommend Oneplan pet insurance to every pet owner as the team is top class and every claim since 2019 has always been paid!
