I updated my details for my policy and had to receive my new Oneplan card
I updated my details for my policy and had to receive my new Oneplan card. Today I asked Oneplan on WhatsApp how long it still will be for me to receive the card as I have been waiting now since the beginning of this month. Cameron assisted me with this and he did apologise for the inconvenience because he saw that they didn't prosess my new card. Cameron came up with a solution and is sending me a non-personalised card that will arrive in the next 3 to 4 working days as the personalized card will take 3 to 4 weeks and I need to use my card for my daughter's baby clinic appointment the first week of July. Thank you Cameron for helping me I do appreciate it ⭐
