I spoke with a lady by the name of Thembakazi Mbalane on whatsapp, who then contacted me directly to explain the claims process over the phone and how simple it is
I spoke with a lady by the name of Thembakazi Mbalane on whatsapp, who then contacted me directly to explain the claims process over the phone and how simple it is. The call was nothing more than 2 or 3 minutes with clear, simple guidelines based on my policy. It's really awesome to have dealt with someone as clued up as her on the processes and making life simple again. Thank you once again, Thembakazi.
