I spoke with a consultant named Mapula. She was kind, helpful and professional with a gentle pet insurance heart❣️ She stayed on the line while I was trying to sort out a repayment matter, helping with advice until the matter was sorted out. It was refreshing. Thank you, Mapula🙏🏻
