I sent in a cancellation request through WhatsApp and it was really user friendly
I sent in a cancellation request through WhatsApp and it was really user friendly. Took a few minutes and agent Shari Govender got in contact with me and assisted promptly and efficiently. Followed by cancellation confirmation email. Thank you very much for making the process so easy.
