I registered my new puppy with Oneplan online - quick and painless
I registered my new puppy with Oneplan online - quick and painless. When i received my policy schedule - I noticed that my puppy's breed was listed wrongly. Oneplan has awesome communication channels and I didn't even have to pick up the phone and speak to anyone - or hold for a call that could take ages to verify. I sent a WhatsApp to their WhatsApp line - Njabulo Dhlamini assisted me - and within minutes - my puppy's breed was rectified. No hassle - quick fix
