I recently took out my 1st pet insurance with OnePlan Pet Insurance, starting 1 Sep. With the 30day waiting period, my cover officially kicked in on 1 Oct. Murphy’s Law, that same day my pup ate something poisonous from a tree I didn’t know was toxic (don’t worry, it was cut down the next day). We had to rush him to Pawsalty. I submitted the claim that evening and by the next morning (2 Oct) it was confirmed, approved, and sent for payment. By this morning (3 Oct) POP was in my inbox. Special thanks to Wisane, who helped me via WhatsApp with my plan policy, and Sibusiso Ncambaca, who answered my questions so kindly today. Both were friendly and willing to help, making the experience even better. I’m truly impressed with how smooth, fast, and seamless the process was, no long calls, just efficient service when I needed it most. If this claim is anything to go by, OnePlan sets the benchmark for excellent pet insurance. I hope they don't fall below this benchmark in the future.
