I recently submitted a claim for an optometrist visit through OnePlan
I recently submitted a claim for an optometrist visit through OnePlan. The automated messaging system provided feedback, but it did not clearly specify what information was required on the invoice. This created some confusion and delayed the process. Thankfully, I was able to use the chat option on the mobile app, which redirected me to WhatsApp. There I was assisted by Kopano Makgeledise, who was extremely helpful and professional. Kopano explained exactly what details were missing from the invoice, enabling me to request the practice to amend it. Once corrected, I uploaded the updated invoice directly in the WhatsApp chat, which Kopano kept open until the claim was resolved.
