I recently paid with my Oneplan card without checking if the procedure was covered (small amount). I wanted to know how I could pay the amount back and send Whatspp message to Oneplan. The prompts are fast, to speak to an agent happened fast (no waiting time) and to pay the amount back was as simple as to click on a link and pay. Lucy assisted me with this and made it a very pleasant interaction
