I recently had to put my dog down and Thabisile Mtshali gave me the appropriate steps in order for me to submit my claim
I recently had to put my dog down and Thabisile Mtshali gave me the appropriate steps in order for me to submit my claim. Not only that, she seemed to be be working long hours in order to assist. I also appreciate the empathy she showed due to my circumstances.
