I received absolutely wonderful customer care service from an agent named Tshegofatso Matlakala this morning. She helped me load the money to claim for the vet visit scheduled this afternoon. And calmed me about my worries regarding invoices. My choice to move to Oneplan after my terrible experience at a well-known South African pet insurance company was proved to be the best choice today.
