I really prefer actually having a conversation with someone when I need info. But the One on one WhatsApp messages are acceptable. Khosa Cate was helpful, efficient and had a friendly vibe in her messages and answers to my questions. Been with one plan for almost 2 years I absolutely love the service and recommend it to everyone. Well done One Plan
