I needed assistance with refunds because I had paid for my premium twice. Firstly the WhatsApp line was so efficient and direct. The consultants who were assisting were also very swift and efficient. I’m very happy about the service they provide. I was first assisted by Keaogile, then Wisane, and recently by Shannen. All of which have been very helpful
